Fallon is a wizard of great ambition and pride. He learned his craft at
the feet of some of the mightiest warrior wizards of
another dimension. Combining battle prowess with the intellectual use of
magical power makes Fallon one of the most
formidable opponents to come up against. However, Fallon desires peace
most of all, and strives to maintain it. Nations
that do not prove to be trustworthy, honorable or generous with others will
run afoul of Fallon.
It is not beyond him to liberate a nation's people from oppression,
and teach the people kindness and prosperity.
These gifts require a price; military duty in exchange for peace. A small
price, seemingly, yet essential. Those who are not
of the combative temperament may be required to assist in the constant
building projects to improve the quality of life for
all residents.

Greetings weary traveller, I invite you to pass through the mighty gates and enter my city. Please sit a spell and hear our tale.
I welcome you, Fellow Gnome, To the Wonderous City of VonSouth - A city of Light and Marvellous Inventions. Wander through the many streets and avenues and enjoy the sights and sounds of a city coming to life - ready to expand its knowledge to the surrounding countryside and bring civilization to those races less fortuanate than us gnomes.
It is regretable that in our effort to spread knowledge throughout the world, some of us may come to blows - It is a sad day when cousins must commit violent acts on their own kin - I will speak for my countrymen - and women - when I say that we will not initiate hostilities on any of our neighbours unless diplomacy has broken down and we are forced into methods that we don't like to employ - But just because we don't like to employ them doesnt mean we can't. Although I am leader of Gnomes I myself am of no race - I have roamed the planes taking races under my wing and leading them to greatness - and this vast experience has taught me well the arts of violence - I just prefer to solve my problems through diplomacy if possible
I am a fair leader, I wish peace for those who wish the same for me, but any who bode me illwill we get threefold in return. I urge all races who are interested to contact me regarding an alliance and trading terms.
