I am Firebrand, elected leader of the Sand People tribes of the Nazir desert. We are a proud people with a long history rich with success and joy. We wish to share all of our happiness and glory with those around us, to enrich the lives of others who wish to prosper and flourish. The coming of the beast Arrogoth threatens to end our era of uninterrupted bliss. This is something that we believe threatens not just the Sand People, but all of the inhabitants of the Arrogoth Isles. Greetings from shippiing news the tribal cheif of camp jolly mount. it is amazing we have lasted here as long as we have. must be due to the large amounts of liquier we be drinking. for just the other day i awoke to notice that we are living in a swamp. this cannot be good i remeber thinking to my self but shrugged it of as i tiped the morning jug's bottom up to the sky and rolled back over next to my wife. for i do not recall how long ago or how for that matter we ended up living in this swamp but i guess when your drunk any place is as good as the next. i would however move my people away from this land buti fear that we no longer have time. for i have heard rummors around the campfire that a great evil is coming forth. the return of arrogoth. so for lack of enuff time to drink and fight evil i think we have chosen to stay here for the time being. we even decided it would be a good time to start actually building some buildings. although how fast this will go is unknown since the workers are constantly hurting themselfs do to drink. we also felt it would be good to speak to the other races of the isles to see if they have heard the same. prehaps it is something out of one of our drunken visions and there is no such thing at all as this arrogoth. but i seem to remember my mother telling me storys but this evil when i was but a wee lad. however all of that is really blurry - not sure if from drink or time though - how ever if my beleifs are true and others have heard the same storys it would do the races of the isles good to assemble and ally together under a common flag to fight this evil off. we are willing to ally with all interested and to trade any thing with have available from infomation to resources and military forces and boats however our drink we will keep to ourselfs. all are welcome to come visit us here at jolly mount it is not much to look at but after a few drinks you will feel quite at home i am sure. plus once this building gets underway we will be able to get out of these tents and into something with a hard roof above our heads. please do not be discourged to visit due to my description of our home is really is quite damp and cold here. it is plesent espeacillay once that fire starts to burn and warm you up. the liquier is probly the best way to warm up though plus it dose you well. no longer see so many grays and the place starts color up and to have a life of its own. You start to ramble on when so ful of drink but let me try to get back to the issue. all the wizards need to conveine and plot a course of action to combat this evil and secondly to combat those races that would support it. we have many men who are willing to fight and fight well they do. a strong army and allys is what is needed here. and we the hill dwarves have both and a strong leader to direct this drunken group. we will glagly acept any aid or give it to those you are interested in it. i hope that all will contribute to this effort t osupport a front to combat this evil forthcoming. please send an embasador to our encampment so we may discuss these issues further. speaker of the people of shipping news noel leach _______________________________________________________ Say Bye to Slow Internet! http://www.home.com/xinbox/signup.html
