As the new year has begun, the plainsmen celebrations at the passing of = the old one ebb and the hangovers from the overindulgence in fermented = goats milk ease. The fears that I, Ordo Equester, have felt seem misplaced, as the birds = sing still and my heroes and armies have rejoiced in their crushing of = that upstart Hassan. Ra's Dark Elves have felt the steel of my mercenary Red Raiders, as the = way to the underworld is opened and many of the infamous Lava Legions = have fallen to the simple spears of the Sand People and Gnomes. The queues of mercenaries and heroes at the city gates ease the demands = on recruiting from the population, and the morale is so high that gold = pours like wine. The longboats will land within days on the lands of Marcellus, and = others are setting forth to seek nearby islands.=20 My old friend and ally, Thurban II, and our newest ally, Warduke, have = found several gates to Arragoths island and will try to co-ordinate the = opening of these and the hoped for destruction of Arragoth. The skies have echoed to the infernal drone of Thurban's Gnomish flying = contraptions, but their value has become obvious.=20 And yet, with all this success, there lurks a nagging shadow in my = dreams. My hero number 36 (and army) is supposed to be able to move 2 (according to the report) but I recieve an error whenever I try to move him more than 1
