I am LOTR, High Wizard and
newly appointed Leader of the Dark Elves in the City of Barackas. In the past
we Dark Elves  have lived in harmony with
other inhabitants of this world.
     
    But there are many rumors of troubled
times.  I fear the time for war is to come. In the words of my military advisor

" The time for peace has passed. In between we shall all find out who has
the strength, cunning, willpower, and resources to name themselves competent
rulers of the lands. In alliance is power; alone we are nothing more than
bubbles over an open flame." 
    These words ring with truth - So all that
would go against us will die, and all that would ally themselves with us shall
be safe, for as long as they remain true allies. But, hear my words, if we must
take to the battle field we will! I will
NOT allow the lands of my people to be
