Wizards of Shadowmoth! We stand on the brink of a new era -- with the fall of the Wizard JustOne, the last active member of the "Grand" Alliance is vanquished, bringing to a close the conflict which has raged across, above, and below the surface of Shadowmoth for more than a year. The Northern Alliance, comprising of Enthar, Dougan, Big Brother, Winston, and Morgenes stands supreme on and below the surface of Shadowmoth, and control all of the Astral Plane.

Three Wizards have stood pre-eminent in the Councils and Actions of the Northern Alliance: The Founders, Enthar of the Mistlevein Hill Dwarves and Dougan Fireflint of the Gilita Amazons, and Lord Big Brother of the Jungolimbols Gnomes. Their collective empire spans more than 400 shires, and their armies number in the tens of thousands. We have therefore convoked the Council of Three to set down Rules and Regulations for the Just rule of Shadowmoth in the future, and the protection of our fair Lands against the Return of the Dreadlord. Even now, the Domain of the Dread Lord has been Conquered by a powerful Army, and Heroes from all over the World flock close to Destroy our Ancient Nemesis.
