Ambassador Nakayama Emi appears before you again, her striking beauty makes you pause as she comes into sharp focus within the mirror device used to deliver her messages.  

"Greetings.

Recently there has been some concern over the allegiance of one of our fellow wizards.  The unidentified wizard leading the high elves and their kingdom has been linked to agents of Arrogoth.  With this evidence we cannot let the elves and the other states under their reign suffer the consequences of having Arrogoth as an ally.  
The undercover work of our spies has been thorough and incontrovertable, and our guest heroes within that nation have moved to the elven capitol.  Keeping up the composure of being allies with the elven command has been a difficult task, however now is the time that we will strike.  
We hope that we can count on your support in the future concerning the management of our undercover forces.

Furthur exploration on Arrogoth's island has yielded some results.  Another special place has been discovered and an attempt to solve this puzzle with be made soon.  
A region named after Arrogoth has been discoved with the ancient runes of the old world and it's magics.  We will be pushing our armies on that island towards this region to find the master of the lava legions.

More research will be done in the field of monster resistance and repulsion soon, with the hopeful conclusion being spells to remove and repel wandering beasts from our empire.
